Wat Phra Kaew

Wat Phra Kaew is a necessity for any visitor to Thailand just for its sheer importance to the culture of Buddhism. It’s widely seen as the most sacred temple in Thailand. It contains the famous Emerald Buddha, a statue carved entirely from one block of jade. You’ll find it among the grounds of the Grand Palace in Bangkok.
